SSR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SND1, CRELD2, and SDF2L1. Each is linked with SSR4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSR4 versus SND1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
