SSR4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,842 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK9, SPARCL1, and ADCY5. Each is linked with SSR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSR4 versus NEK9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
