Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1301P, GRIK4, and FERMT3. Each is linked with SSR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1301P grouped by SSR4-low versus SSR4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
