Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,206 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Natural killer cell degranulation, Protein import into nucleus, and Pyruvate import into mitochondria. Each is linked with SSR4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR4-to-partner and partner-to-SSR4 results are reported.
