Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SSR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SSR3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SSR3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SSR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, DLBC, and CESC are the cancer types where SSR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
