SSR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,391 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HB, FNDC3B, and GLYR1. Each is linked with SSR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSR3 versus P4HB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
