SSR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P54, TRAJ25, and PAQR3. Each is linked with SSR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P54 grouped by SSR3-low versus SSR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
