Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,182 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with SSR3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR3-to-partner and partner-to-SSR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by SSR3-low versus SSR3-high in STOMACH.
