SSR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,486 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, GATAD2B, and POGZ. Each is linked with SSR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSR2 versus ANP32E in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
