Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,135 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Protein demannosylation, and Protein alpha-1,2-demannosylation. Each is linked with SSR2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSR2 results are reported.
