Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5 and OR10W1. Each is linked with SSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR2-to-partner and partner-to-SSR2 results are reported.
