SSR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,104 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF4B, NUP153, and RIPK1. Each is linked with SSR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSR1 versus PRPF4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
