SSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,174 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02644, SLC6A14P1, and CYCTP. Each is linked with SSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02644 grouped by SSR1-low versus SSR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
