Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with SSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSR1 results are reported.
