Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,354 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peptidyl-lysine crotonylation, Negative regulation of peptidyl-lysine crotonylation, and Post-translational protein targeting to membrane, translocation. Each is linked with SSR1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSR1-to-partner and partner-to-SSR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of peptidyl-lysine crotonylation grouped by SSR1-low versus SSR1-high in LIVER.
