SSNA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSNA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, TRAF2, and SEC16A. Each is linked with SSNA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSNA1-to-partner and partner-to-SSNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSNA1 versus EHMT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
