SSNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4295, POTED, and MIR3193. Each is linked with SSNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSNA1-to-partner and partner-to-SSNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4295 grouped by SSNA1-low versus SSNA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
