Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,946 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSNA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CTP salvage, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Protein localization to microtubule plus-end. Each is linked with SSNA1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSNA1-to-partner and partner-to-SSNA1 results are reported.
