Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIC2, DOCK11, and TAOK1. Each is linked with SSH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSH2 versus CLIC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
