Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Src, and TFRC. Each is linked with SSH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by SSH2-low versus SSH2-high in STAD.
