Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,603 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis, and Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion. Each is linked with SSH2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH2-to-partner and partner-to-SSH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization grouped by SSH2-low versus SSH2-high in KIDNEY.
