SSBP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,248 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, ZNF56, and CORO2B. Each is linked with SSBP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP4-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP4 versus ADAM33 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
