Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCY, RN7SL74P, and RNA5SP64. Each is linked with SSBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP4-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VCY grouped by SSBP4-low versus SSBP4-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
