Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem and NK cells. Each is linked with SSBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP4-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by SSBP4-low versus SSBP4-high in ESCA.
