Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 557 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Regulation of cAMP/PKA signal transduction, and Regulation of complement activation. Each is linked with SSBP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP4-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator grouped by SSBP4-low versus SSBP4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
