Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,152 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSBP3-AS1, SLC30A2, and RNF150. Each is linked with SSBP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP3-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP3 versus SSBP3-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
