Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rostrocaudal neural tube patterning, Neural plate anterior/posterior regionalization, and Neural plate regionalization. Each is linked with SSBP3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP3-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP3 results are reported.
