SSBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,916 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMXL1, TTC37, and PJA2. Each is linked with SSBP2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP2 versus DMXL1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
