SSBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,635 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, KANK2, and SNTB2. Each is linked with SSBP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP2 versus HDGFL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
