Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,508 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, ADH1B, and COL4A4. Each is linked with SSBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP2 versus C7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
