Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Cyclin-D1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SSBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP2 results are reported.
