SSBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,366 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, CASP2, and CUL1. Each is linked with SSBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP1 versus TNPO3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
