Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASTK, REPIN1, and ACTR3B. Each is linked with SSBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP1 versus FASTK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
