Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBL3P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBL3P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, Ku80, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SSBL3P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBL3P1-to-partner and partner-to-SSBL3P1 results are reported.
