SSBL2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBL2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,925 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBL2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, Maturation of SSU-rRNA, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with SSBL2P in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBL2P-to-partner and partner-to-SSBL2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis grouped by SSBL2P-low versus SSBL2P-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBL2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBL2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
