Across TCGA patient cohorts, SS18L2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,247 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SS18L2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule deacylation, Protein import into mitochondrial matrix, and Regulation of mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with SS18L2P1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18L2P1-to-partner and partner-to-SS18L2P1 results are reported.
