SS18L2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SS18L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISG20L2, GINS1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with SS18L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18L2-to-partner and partner-to-SS18L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SS18L2 versus ISG20L2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SS18L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SS18L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
