SS18L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SS18L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,985 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition, Mitochondrial tRNA 3'-end processing, and Positive regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle. Each is linked with SS18L2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18L2-to-partner and partner-to-SS18L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition grouped by SS18L2-low versus SS18L2-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SS18L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SS18L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
