Across TCGA cell cohorts, SS18L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,237 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, RNA polymerase II promoter clearance, and Microtubule nucleation. Each is linked with SS18L1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18L1-to-partner and partner-to-SS18L1 results are reported.
