SS18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SS18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,710 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NARS1, ZNF24, and RPRD1A. Each is linked with SS18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18-to-partner and partner-to-SS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SS18 versus NARS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
