SS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SS18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP436, RNU6-961P, and LINC00566. Each is linked with SS18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18-to-partner and partner-to-SS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP436 grouped by SS18-low versus SS18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
