SS18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SS18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SS18-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, IGFBP2, and Ku80. Each is linked with SS18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SS18-to-partner and partner-to-SS18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by SS18-low versus SS18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SS18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SS18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
