Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRY RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,157 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2CP1, ZFY, and PRKY. Each is linked with SRY in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRY-to-partner and partner-to-SRY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRY→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
