SRY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRY mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRY-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with SRY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRY-to-partner and partner-to-SRY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRY→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
