Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRXN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,844 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B10, CSNK2A1, and NAA20. Each is linked with SRXN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRXN1-to-partner and partner-to-SRXN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRXN1 versus AKR1B10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
