Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,692 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication initiation, and mRNA alternative polyadenylation. Each is linked with SRSF9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF9-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF9 results are reported.
