SRSF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,506 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF12, RNF214, and RSF1. Each is linked with SRSF8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF8 versus ARHGEF12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
