Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,004 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUD13, MYEF2, and PPP2R1B. Each is linked with SRSF8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF8 versus BUD13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
