SRSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDJ2, CYCSP41, and RN7SL447P. Each is linked with SRSF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDJ2 grouped by SRSF8-low versus SRSF8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
