Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,512 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and ATF6-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with SRSF8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF8 results are reported.
